Newborn Photography Studio Tour

Welcome!  I take great pride in my newborn photography studio and am thrilled to take you on a tour.  My studio is centrally located in the SouthPark area of Charlotte.  The studio is filled with warm natural light from the large bank of windows.

I have spent many years curating my blankets, wraps and baskets to provide clients with a wide variety of options.  My newborn photography style tends to be more simple and organic as I want the focus of the photos to be on your little one.  Most of the colors you’ll find in the studio are neutrals – white, cream, gray and tan.  I love delicate textures and layering them in a way that adds a soft and airy feel to the photos.

My newborn photography studio also includes blankets, wraps and headbands with subtle and muted colors.  Many of my favorite items come from vendors that create beautifully unique pieces specifically for newborn photographers.  Some of my favorites include Indy Cottage Prop Shop, Little Ewe and Luneberry.  You’ll find pieces from these crafters in almost every session.

 

Outdoor Space

What is unique about my newborn photography studio is the beautiful outdoor space we can use.  It is professionally landscaped and maintained and changes throughout the seasons.  Blooming plants include hydrangeas, roses, lavender poppies, black eyed susans, ivy and countless others.  When the weather cooperates, I do love to take newborns outside.  There is something so beautiful about a new life being photographed outside.  I am one of the only newborn photographers in Charlotte with an established outdoor newborn portfolio.  If the weather does not look good, I often will gather a collection of beautiful blooms and incorporate them with the baskets and wraps inside.

Between my large collection of blankets and wraps and the beauty of Mother Nature, I have endless inspiration from my newborn photography studio.
