Charlotte Newborn Photography Studio Session

I was so excited to meet sweet baby Greta after her parents’ fabulous maternity session!  She has the most perfect little features and was one of my smiliest newborns yet!  I guess she is happy to be here!

Since Great has a big brother, mom and dad brought Great for the first part of the session and Grandma helped out by bringing Everett later.  This often works well when families want to have a session at the studio but there is an older sibling.  This way, parents can focus on their new addition and big brother or big sister doesn’t have to wait for their turn to be included.

Because my studio is in our home, we always have the option of including images outside as long as Mother Nature cooperates.  Our backyard is heavily wooded and we’ve spent years working on our landscaping.  We’ve also got a creek with a bridge and ivy covered trellis.  I am so lucky to be able to offer both indoor and outdoor options to clients.

I know Everett will be a great big brother!  He did great with his sister and had lots of kisses for her!

I feel so lucky to have captured this family’s journey to becoming a family of four!
