Charlotte Newborn Photographer

I recently had the pleasure of meeting this gorgeous family soon after they welcomed their beautiful baby girl into their family.  Lucky for me, they were referred to me by another adorable family that I recently photographed.  As a newborn photographer, a referral is one of the greatest compliments I can receive!

After going back and forth, we decided that an in home lifestyle newborn session would be best so that older brother would feel more comfortable and could keep busy with his toys while I photographed his new sister.  One of my favorite things about being a newborn photographer is capturing life as it happens for growing families.

Even though this sweet little girl was nearly three weeks old, she slept amazingly well and had the most beautiful skin I think I have ever seen on a newborn.  I was pretty excited to try out my new macro lens and love the way her tiny toes and sweet little nose came out.  The light in their home was amazing which is always a lovely treat for lifestyle newborn photographers.

Big brother was really excited to show me his room and how tall he was growing.  He did great when it came time to pictures with his new sister.  Sometimes these can be a little challenging as two year olds don’t often make the best baby holders!

It makes my job as a newborn photographer really easy when a family is as gorgeous as this one is.  Can you believe this mom just had her second baby?  She is still glowing!  What I really love about this session is how happy this little family of four is.  It was so fun to photograph them in their gorgeous front yard as they played together.
