Gender Reveal Announcement!
I am very excited to say announce that our family will be growing by ten fingers and ten little toes this August. We have already been blessed with two healthy and energetic little girls and are thrilled that we’re having a third (and scared)!
I must say, one of the side effects of being a newborn photographer is some serious baby fever. We went back and forth for a while on whether or not we should have a third and every time I delivered a newborn gallery, I came home saying we needed to have another baby! And it’s happening!
We have two little girls that got their dad’s brown hair and my brown eyes so I was absolutely convinced we were going to have another little girl with the same features headed our way. We did a gender reveal party with balloons for our second daughter so I wanted to do something different this time around. I found these adorable confetti party poppers on etsy. We ordered pink and blue poppers and had our ultrasound on a Friday afternoon. We had the ultrasound tech put the gender in a sealed envelope so that it would remain a secret to us. I drove straight to my friend and fabulous photographer Allison Kuhn’s house and handed over the envelope before temptation got the best of me.
We had to wait one day until our photo session but it was totally worth it. I could not be more excited to share the news and I am so in love with our pictures. It is nice to be IN the pictures for once – take note all you moms out there!!
Take a look below at our gender reveal photos to see what we are having!
Since this pregnancy has been a little challenging and my belly is growing by the day I will be slowing down between now and the little guy’s arrival. I have already booked all of the newborn clients I will be accepting before the due date. I am currently booking newborn sessions with due dates in October and later. My Spring Mini sessions are almost sold out! I will have limited full creative and birthday sessions available. It is not too early to book your fall family session as I won’t be scheduling as many weekends this fall as in years past.
Thank you for all your support! I am excited to share this journey with all of my wonderful clients!
