Meet Harrison, one of my newest First Year Baby Plan participants.  I am so excited to be able to watch him grow and change firsthand throughout the year.  I knew from the first time I talked to Lindsay on the phone that we would get along great.  I can honestly say that this is one of the nicest families I have ever worked with!  Harrison is so lucky to have such wonderful parents!

Lindsay kept warning me that she thought she was carrying a big baby but I did not believe her.  When she emailed me to tell me that he had arrived safely and that he weighed 10 lbs 12 ounces I couldn’t believe it!  But when they brought him to the studio he still seemed so teeny tiny to me!  He was already so handsome with his chubby cheeks and full head of dark hair.  I also love his name.  I am a huge fan of long old fashioned names.  My daughters are Eleanor and Meredith!

Harrison did great during his session!  We were lucky enough to get a few pictures of him making eye contact with the camera.  When I look at the picture of him in his bow tie looking right at the camera, I really wonder what he was thinking!  I am pretty sure his expression reads “seriously mom?”.

We were able to incorporate some special pieces for them in the photos.  The teddy bear was a gift from his grandmother and the blanket and little block with an H were gifts from friends.  I always do my best to incorporate personal touches in the session.

Since I am a little behind on all of my blog posts, we’ve already scheduled Harrison’s three month photos for next week.  Time is flying.  I can’t wait!
